The Digital Marketing Studio - Client Case Study: 2020 to 2022

Photography studio based in Houston, Texas looking to increase lead generation and bookings through digital marketing. We started in 2020 with a complete website revamp, perfecting tracking, improving and expanding automated SMS and email follow-up, and creating a robust digital sales funnel. After the initial phase, I conceptualized digital marketing campaigns, consulted on organic digital & efforts, developed new glide paths, and managed PPC campaigns, CRM management, content creation, and SEM.

Photography studio based in Central Florida looking to grow social media following and email list with goal of nurturing leads for future bookings.
Primary goal: Grow email list and social media following under $2/CPL to funnel into existing glide paths for long-term revenue growth.
Secondary goal: Immediate bookings through giveaway back-end sale with potential for high IPS post-session.

Results:
Email List Growth: 1,858 New Subscribers - 137.7% List Growth
Private Facebook Group Growth: 898 New Members
Special Offer Sales: 34 Purchases - Generating $3,366 In Revenue Pre-IPS Sessions.


the Kentucky reproductive freedom fund (KYRFF) - crisis mitigation

The Kentucky Reproductive Freedom Fund (KYRFF) aims to shift the landscape in Kentucky to ensure that women’s access to constitutionally protected, safe and dignified reproductive health care is not jeopardized.
Problem: KYRFF accepts donations through a third-party 5013C organization. Following damage at the sole clinic in the state and in relation to the Black Lives Matter Movement protests, KYRFF received a surge in small individual donations. Unequipped to handle the volume of visitors and amount of donations, the partnering 501c3 needed to halt donation processing immediately.
Goal: Mitigate losses from primary donation checkout outage and capitalize on drastic increase in support and individual donations within an hour.
Solution: Create an alternative donation checkout and replace donation links across all platforms quickly. Develop messaging and disseminate instructional information to donate through alternative platforms.

Mellwood Art center - Murals Of Mellwood

The Mellwood Art & Entertainment Studio leases 6 event spaces and over 170 studio spaces to small businesses and artists.

While acting as the marketing manager, I developed a facility improvement project to serve as an intentional catalyst for User-Generated Content across social platforms and improve word of mouth recognition. To fund the project’s supplies and labor, I created a photo pass program for photographers, videographers, and agencies to capture content on the facility grounds. The photo pass program and mural project continue to generate revenue and content for the company today. During my time at Mellwood Art Center, I organically grew the Instagram from 100 followers to 3,650 within the local target demographic. The video featured below shows a portion of images shared on social media in front of the new murals between 2018-2019.
